How's the Weather Today?

-36C without the wind chill here this morning.  It's been highs of -31, lows of -40 for the past week.  The wind chill is a nonsense number at this temperature.  The good news is that the skies are clear and there's no snow in the forecast.

Whew! -36??? That is some kind of cold - that's the kind that hurts your face even if you're only out to get the paper.....that's Arctic cold.

We had -4 (-20C) last night but it should warm way up to the mid teens for us later today.

Our neighbors came over real early this am and cleared the drive, sidewalk and front steps - they are some kind of good people!

A little later I'll broom off the cars and get that part of the drive cleared so she can use her car, I can't think of anyplace I need to go right now! Garage got colder that I've ever seen it last night - right at 32* - I was concerned because I have a lot of stuff in there that can freeze - it normally stays around 40 in winter.

It's "warmed up" here.  Got to -27°C with the wind chill (actual was around -17°C) with moderate winds and snow.
Now it's currently -14°C, windy and snowing pretty good.

I think we'll get "every inch"(haha) of that 30cms they're calling for. (Metric joke)

Tractor will get a work out first thing tmw morning once it's all done.
