I think I remember reading somewhere not too long ago that Don had sold the business and retired to doing mostly the racing.  The new ownership then bought 7Ent and sort of combined the operations.  Now the MM bankruptcy to "reorganize" the businesses.

I knew 7 was sold to MM, but didn't realize that MM was under different ownership.

They were both(MM & 7) sold to the same group/person several years ago. They sort of combined things, but at times they did not share inventory. Not sure how that was expected to work.
