Ordered some arches and was wondering if anyone could tell me what tools work the best for cutting the fenders.  Also figure I should put some primer or something where I cut.  Could use recomendations on that as well.

Thanks,
Brian

The few times I've had to cut fenders I just used an angle grinder with a cutting disc on there.  Your local auto paint supply store should carry some primer in a spray can which would do the job.

Most primers are porous and will allow moisture through resulting in rust. You may be able to get an autobody supplier to put some epoxy primer in a spray can for you but it will be pricey. Save time and money by using a standard primer and a top coat.

You can get 1k (expoxy?) primer in a spray can at the local paint store here for around 6 bucks.  I didn't mind using it for really small stuff rather than breaking out all the guns and cans and cleaners.  I 2nd the top coating too.  If nothing else get some cheap stuff in a spray can.
