Has anyone replaced the window runner on the passenger side of a Morris Mini 1975? Any advice tips or instructions would be grately appreciated.

Tricky to do.  Remove the door hardware and card.  Roll the window down.  Remove old runner and rubber seal through the small service holes in the door just big enough to fit your hand in..  You may need to move the window up or down at this point to get a good visual where to place the new runner and rubber.   Unless it's a very clean window you'll have a nice outline of where to put the new runner.  Simply slide the runner over the gear that rolls the window and tilt the glass down on it.  Be sure to align the glass with the groove on the sides, otherwise it will bind up as you try to push the glass onto the runner.  Give it a couple test runs rolling the window and you're set.
