Beer can tail light bezels

Since these bezels aren't made anymore, and I did not want to put Moke lights on the pickup, I straightened out and filled the one half-decent bezel I had, and made them out of melted beer cans.

Wow now that's impressive.  What's the steps to melt and fill?

Melt and fill I contract to a local plaque maker, charged $10 for the pair. They have a couple of gas burners that point at a ceramic tub where the "pail" is filled with the aluminum pieces as they melt. Residue is scraped off the top. Then it gets poured into the molds, which are a fine sand/clay mixture firmly packed, with little strategically placed canals to get the aluminum to its place. That is heated slightly to dry so there is no reaction to moisture.

I take the simple blanks and file out the shrinkage lines, sand, and polish.
