Elfis Lives!

Hi all! Apparently everyone from MiniMania has migrated over here.


In any case my dad LeeSoOr bought Elfis back in 1999. He has been well loved and cared for since then. But last year we talked and Elfis came to live with us. We took him to a few car shows and driving back from  one, one of our 24 year old Yokohama 145/70-10 separated. Thankfully it didn't blow out and we limped him home the rest of the way at 25mph. Put him away for the winter and earlier this year finally ordered new tires. Got them in last week and a buddy of mine mounted them up for me on the ol mini lites. Did an oil change and he is ready to go.

Plan on hitting as many car shows, cars and coffees, and cruises we can make this year. 

Unfortunately missed out on Mini Meet West, but hopefully will make the next one.

Good looking car!  Its funny, being in South Florida, I just put mine away for the summer and will be taking it out in the fall.  We are sort of opposite here.

Cool.  Nice color combination.  I never noticed that the belt-line trim went across the car in front of the windshield before.
