Anyone have a source for quality rubber blanking plugs?
I have bought the packs from Autozone and Oreilly and you only get maybe two the right size and they fail in about a year. I have used hard plastic and the vacuum line ends with a screw in them as well.

I am thnking that I may as well put a drop of solder in them and be done with it.

I have one on the HIF and another on the CAM6618 manifold.

I wonder if the high temp silicone plugs as used in powder coating would hold up better? I have never used the "external" style ones you would need for this application but the "internal" plugs which are used to plug holes hold up pretty well to the environment of powder coat curing.

Something like this is what I am talking about (first link that I could find)

I order silicon plugs off ebay in mass quantities.  They work.  The rubber crap from autozone type suppliers never last.  I need to reorder silicon vacuum hoses now that I think about it.
