Is this bent?

This is the engine mount plate (that would also hold the clutch and brake master cylinders if the car was RHD). Taking a look at this and wondering if the tab that the engine mounts to is bent, or is the whole bottom supposed to be flat?

mine is bent like that, where the stab bar attaches? Thats the plate under the master cylinders correct?
