From the Mini Wo'es thread=  A great site called REal Oem.com was referenced.

Real OEM is the bible for BMW / MINI parts knowledge as it is taken Directly from the genuine BMW ETK (Electronik Techinal Katalogue)  that dealers get and use.  WHen i worked at the BMW Dealer- we could easily send customers to this site- and work with them remotely to find the parts needed - Valuable!

So from there- I keep and try to keep in mind other sites that reference info like this.

FCP Euro -  Has a GREAT DIY Database for this info together!

Highly reccomend their items too for parts and repairs = Lifetime warranty is no joke either- Use it!

Cool, I just used both these sites to get new rod bolts for the 03 mini looked up on realoem and bought from fcp.
