attachments not working

Just so everyone is in the loop, if you try to attach a picture you will get an error.  I've called the host to resolve it but they had the error logs turned off and it will take 1 to 8 hours before they're up and running to look at the errors it's throwing.  Should be up and running soon though.  As I tell my passengers "thanks for your patience".

Ok well got off the phone with godaddy.  They're upgrading my hosting and updated the ini file in charge of file attachments.  Said the upgraded hosting kicks in 24-48 hours and to try attachments again then.  Fingers crossed.  Plus side is things should run faster.
