The wife and I have an employee benefits company which aside from 401k, investments, and HR does things like health insurances, dental, vision ect..  We recently got licensed to do commercial insurance as well.  After my recent fiasco with Grundy, and switching my cars to American Collectors, we've added on classic car insurance through American Collectors official as of today. So if you're in the market to buy insurance contact my wife at:  disregard

Our website is still under construction with all the recent updates.  I should have a client information sheet posted up sometime this week.

Also for quick reference on my 74 mini agreed value of 25k I pay $136 per year and the 73 Innocenti valued at 40k is $218.

I emailed Jen for a quote, but they did not get enough interest in the classics to continue offering it.
I did, however, talk to American Classic, and they were very nice to talk to. The quote came in at $100.00 per year less than Hagerty's, so I don't think it's worth the trouble to switch. However, I had a good experience getting a quote. The towing coverage is not as good as Hagerty's, but they seem to be a good company.

I should probably update this lol.  We got a divorce. Anything I had to do with the company is no longer.  Not sure what all clients she has left on the HR side either as she wasn't really running things well.  From talking with the other office space partners, she's getting booted from the office soon. I also sold my portion in a bakery, for a loss of course.  And gave away a house.   I had to stop a remodel mid way through on one of my rental properties months back. Just been sitting here eating mortgages and bills like it's an all you can eat buffet for the entire year.  I really took it in the shorts this year.  2025 should be a good year for me.  I already purchased a really nice mailbox for the shop property, which is where I'll be residing for a period of time while I recoup 2024 losses lol.

Well damn. I was wondering what was up.

Everything was finalized last week, but this has been a thing for almost 10 months. I have 2 weeks left in the house, so I've been organizing things to exit stage left. Getting some quotes on the tile work left on the one rental this afternoon.  By October 1st I will have everything squared away. It's been a roller coaster.

It's a temporary distraction, you'll get the ship righted soon enough and get on with it. We all know you can do it, so more power to you!

Today was accept a quote to pay someone to finish the rental tile.  Moved boxes of things to the shop.  Went by the credit union and undid a joint account. Renamed my closest cousin as my beneficiary.  And last but not least got the official copies of the divorce decree so I can remove her from my companies benefits.

Sorry to hear this - I went through divorce just over 8 years ago. For me it worked out for the best, improved my mental health, met my now wife, have a daughter and a son due to arrive any day now.
