Sold

Selling my 76 Mini.  I've owned the Mini since 2012.  It's right hand drive and manual transmission.  The mileage is unknown since the odometer is non functional.  The previous owner replaced the 998cc engine with a 1275cc.  I'll try to be as detailed as possible.

$9000

Located in Eau Claire, WI

Body/Chassis
Minisport 7.8in Vented Disc Brakes with 4 piston calipers
Minitor 10x5 Wheels
Rubber Cones replaced with coil springs
Battery and back to front battery cable replaced in July 2020

Paint is non original and is pretty good.  From 10 feet away it looks nice.  Up close there are some imperfections.  Around the gutter on the roof there is some paint cracking.  It's kind of a weird shade of green and the color changes significantly depending on the lighting.  The hood is a little tweaked and has some rust on the underside.   Some flaking paint on interior side of the doors above the door panels and there is a small dent in the dash near the ashtray.  Also the front turn signals do not work.

In the time I have spent around and under the car I haven't found any rust on the shell.  However, there is a rust hole in the rear subframe.  So that should be replaced.

Engine
1293cc non A+ block
9:1 Compression
Hif44 Carb
The exhaust and the head are also non original, but I dont know the details on them
Oil change with Valvoline VR1 July 2020
The previous owner did the build on the engine so I can't comment on the work I can only repeat what I was told.  While driving both the engine and transmission operate without issues.  If the car hasn't been driven in a week the engine stumbles a bit initially on the cold start up before smoothing out.  Also sometimes when the engine is hot it will diesel for a couple seconds after the ignition is turned off.

Interior
Corbeau classic seats
Momo Super Indy Steering Wheel
New Carpet in 2017

There is no headliner and also some smaller trim pieces are missing.  The large nut the holds the steering wheel boss on has damaged threads.  The nut spins without tightening or loosening.

Extras
Ultralite 10x6 Wheels
Yokohama 165/70 R10 A032R tires (These have 0 miles on them.  I've had them since 2013 which I know isn't great with the age.  But they were stored in a heated garage so they weren't exposed to the WI winter temperatures)
Group 2 Wide wheel arches
KAD Rear Camber and Toe brackets

Hey Dave, thanks.  Yeah, at 2:15 that's a throttle blip.
