The place to be in Miami is not in Miami it is almost in Key Largo!!

All the Nascar boys head to Alabama Jacks after the race and party. Live band, great food cheap drinks and it is a complete dive bar.

One of my friends is a mechanic on a Nascar team and told me about the place, he told me they go there after the race in Homestead every year and it is a party filled with shenanigans.

How I would love to be there tonight.

Congrats to JJ, I am not a big follower of Nascar, I casually watch it here and there. That is why my friend likes me, I do not harass him for pit passes or tickets.

I attended to inaugural Homestead race way back when, my buddy owned a Penzoil 10 Minute oul change joint and was able to land 4 VIP Tickets to the race.  Knowing I was a motorhead he asked me to go. It was my first and last Nascar Race live, it was fun. I must experience in person type of thing at least once. Like a Top Fuel Drag race or a F1 race (in the V10 and V8 days) Indy is on my list I might go next spring.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride! -Hunter S. Thompson
