Hey Dan = Do have any ship building experience?
Well - you can sure gain some locally there in Tulsa!!!

I pretty regularly fall into Youtube Tunnels == Recently - Sailing Vessels and youtube Channels .  Lots of streams and videos from all around the world and those adventures that accompany Sailing a ship!

Fell into this Sailing Vessel -- SV Seeker.   YES this guy is BUILDING A SHIP in Tulsa.... an ALL STEEL = WORKING SHIP.

Its an interesting watch overall in my option he invites people from ALL OVER to come help = and build this ship... and it is presented in the way that you can understand WHY and how...  By Amateurs....

Dan = Ride out  give these guys some welding lessons!!!

Wow that's really cool!  I had no idea that was going on out here.  Maybe I should invite people out to weld on my minis all day long!

As a whole  - One video explains - He's an IT Programmer by day and realized he was wasting his life in an office and IT programming or such not doing anything or learning anything. Still works to get paid - but all the $$ is for building this ship!  He plans when finished to put it in the Ocean and serve as a service vessel for needed assistance on other Ocean research vessels.

Has a nice place just outside of town in a working class neighborhood- right down the street from the STEEL distributor (how convenient)  in a very Working class neighborhood  he does what he pleases, and this ship is being constructed.

Cool concept. Come help for free and make new friends.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride! -Hunter S. Thompson

Funny enough I do have a "mini tenant" this summer.  There will be a post soon.  But I do like the idea of folks coming out to work on various projects under my supervision...while I grill and drink beer.
