Half-assed attempts at humor

Real comedians are few and far between, and as I get older I find I have no patience at all for people who think things like these are somehow actually funny.  For example:

When washing a car:

"Wanna do mine after you're done?"

To a tall person:

"How's the weather up there?"

Yuk, yuk. Yeah, real knee slappers.  ::)  And so original too.

I'm sure you guys can think of some of these too.

When I'm in uniform in the back of the plane "aren't you supposed to be up front?"

Pilot: Runway sure is short.
Copilot: Sure is wide though.
