I bet that is a double handful to drive. Overpowered short wheelbase bundle of nerves.

There was a guy a few years ago on another forum talking about Maserati's.  He was marveling how cheap they were used.  The predicted one day they will be cheap enough to grab the engine out of one and make a fun swap.

And here we are...

I echo Willie_B - it has to be terrifying to drive.

Yea, I marvel at the inexpensive purchase price of Maserati, Aston Martin and AMG Mercedes in the 10yr old or so used market.   It's reliability and maintenance cost is what scares me.
I am the GR8KORNHOLIO! Are you threatening me?

Indeed you can grab a 140K Maserati with 55K miles on it for 25K.  Owner does not want to do the 60K mile service.

Similar to Jags and Audi's with 49K on them, warranty runs out a 50K so they get dumped.

Which is actually a good buy as you have 1,000 miles left to get anything wring fixed on their dime!

That's a very optimistic outlook.  Instead I picture this:  "Sorry, but our technician isn't able to duplicate the problems you mentioned.   Your car is ready for you to pick it up."   Rinse and repeat.
