Not a true MK-I 'S'.

It has internal hinge doors with roll-up windows and the front fenders have the side repeater lights.

Ha! Poser indeed! Actually, I've been informed that the car in question is a "Mk I Cooper S tribute Mini" – late model car w/ early grill & tail lights. Beautiful.  Great color too.
