Wonder where that was that traffic was so light?

Having their own dash cam on is going to hang them.

Upon further review on a larger screen we are now suspicious that this is fake.

The last pedestrian to be hit looks like it may be a dummy.  It never moves.

The last pedestrian is on a scooter of some sort. you can see it being flung after impact. The intersection has a red light as well.

I don't know about fake, that cracked windshield looks real enough, and the person they hit on the scooter looked real enough.....

Like I said, looks like a drunk driving to me.
