Headed to Texas

My wife and I were headed out of town and we both did quick head snaps when we saw these being loaded on a trailer.
We did a quick uturn. They belonged to Lupe Torres who I did not know lived in Fremont California. Unfortunately he passed away and the house was being sold. The son in law who moved to Texas many years ago was here to retrieve them and take back home to his ranch outside of Austin.

Sad about his passing, but hooray for more Minis coming to Texas.   

They may be about the only transplants from California that are welcome!  ;D
