Revenge on Porch Pirates!

I hate thieves.  I've never had anything stolen from MY porch (yet) and cannot understand the complete brazenness of porch pirate losers. 

Check out this guy's great invention to get revenge!  Essentially, he engineers a glitter/fart spray bomb package with GPS and cameras so he can record what happens when people steal his package.  It's funny and satisfying.

I loved it!   Especially since I have a true hatred for glitter!  I was concerned when I saw how much tech was going into it, but the stink function ensured it was quickly discarded for pickup.   I wonder if there was any retribution back to the house where the package was stolen?

And today Amazon says they delivered a package to my front porch, but there's nothing there.   8.gif  I don't have a camera so I don't know if it was stolen, or Amazon has made a mistake by telling me it's been delivered.

I had a toilet seat stolen, we are sure it was delivered to a neighbor, since it only fits Toto toilets I wondered what the chances were a dishonest person stole it.


This man is a hero without a cape!!

I saw this earlier today and shared it with my family after dinner, we all thought it was awesome.


I honestly do not have problems with stolen packages here. I rarely have any problems here at all.

We got a thank you card from our Mail Lady today, she thanks us for having a snack box out for her to enjoy during this hectic time of year.
I stole this idea from The Chive, it has been a big hit and maybe cost us a total of $12.

We have more of the thrown package issue here.  Guess it's too difficult to take a few more steps and set the package down.  Easier to toss it 6 ft and snap a pic as you walk off.

Just saw a clip on zuckerface where a lady stealing a package with a getaway car, misjudged entering the getaway car and did a face plant, only to be tackled by the homeowner when she tried to run on foot.  Getaway car took off without her.

There's also a report that the glitterbomb was staged.....a couple of the videos show the black Ford Focus in the driveway next door.

Another one where the girl runs up to the door, grabs the box and slips on the wet grass and breaks her leg, the guy in the car has to come carry her back to the car and he can barely lift her as she's not what you'd call svelte.....

But I especially like the one where the box explodes in the guy's car showering him in dog poop......my boys could provide some prime ammunition for one of those!
