Title: Bolt-on Drive By Wire Fuel Injection
Post by: tmsmini on January 09, 2023, 07:26:50 PM
Actually an update to the current DIY TB. I am not sure I see all the pieces required for installation.

Looks to me like the only difference between this one and the other one is the electronic control vs. cable.

You still have to buy/set up injectors, wiring, controller etc...

I did and responded, also sent another message about the 16 blade fan. They show in my sent items so as far as I can tell on my end the messages should have went through.

He must have a video explaining the advantages.  Though it's hard to beat instant throttle response with a cable.

I suppose the biggest advantage would be getting away from the awkward routing of the cable. Maybe its just my car but I have replaced the throttle cable 3 times and it still binds just enough that it sticks sometimes at a high idle and I have to stick my foot up under the pedal to get it to idle down all the way.
