Title: 1100 crankshaft
Post by: rauckhwj on March 05, 2019, 11:56:41 AM
Does anybody out there have a MG1100 (12A82) crankshaft in good condition they would like to part with? I have one but only good enough for a grocery getter not the 1218 I'm building.

Is it a shorter stroke than a 1275 crank? I have a new late model 1275 crank for sale.....

I am gonna need to have a closer look and get back to you.  I am pretty sure it's std/std however will mostly likely require turning down maybe 10 thou?  I am open to a very reasonable offer however am in the West Coast so not sure if it would worth your while..

If it is std/std maybe needing turning to .010 it is worth it. 40 lbs shipped to Fl could still be cost effective. Waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance!

Sorry I have not had a chance to make it down to my storage and check for you.  Also I am not on these forum regularly and don't get an email when you post a reply...not sure if it's a setting thing but my direct email is stealth08@gmail.com
