This is a 14" dished steering wheel that came off my 1974 Mini before restoration. Wheel is in good condition and appears to be wrapped in vinyl or leather with red stitching/slightly faded - but can easily be re-dyed (ex RIT Dye). See pics for more details on the condition, but is 100% straight. Comes with "PlayMini" center horn.

Wheel is a classic and made by Astrali (translated as "From the stars"), Was founded in the mid 1960's by Mr Joe swift. They manufactured a wide range of accessories but eventually specialized in the manufacture of after-market wheels.
