Attempting to reinstall my upper ball joint and have it back in the upper A arm however the shaft of the ball joint keep turning when attempting to tighten the nut. Is there a trick to stop this from happening?
Take your jack and put it under the lower ball joint/control arm. That forces the ball joint back into the upper arm and that holds it enough to get the nut tightened. Let us know how it ends up.
