Title: *new here*

hello all, I'm new to the forum. I would really like to start a mini car club in my home town of Greensboro NC, so I have endeavored to start importing mini coopers from japan. I have one for sale right now. My goal is to sell minis cheap enough that lots of people can afford them while also making a little profit I can reinvest into more vehicles. I would love to get some feed back on what im trying to do.

I have for sale a jdm mini that has been modified by a japanese car enthusiast, everything has been left as it was when it was sold in japan. With two exceptions, I have installed a new windshield gasket, and installed a new oem clutch slave cylinder.

It is in fact a 1991, the dash has been swapped to make it appear older

I worry that if I sell it too cheap it will atract resellers. not that I would want to bar people from selling their cars, but the whole point is to get them in the hands of future friends and start a club. I think if I was just trying to sell it for profit I would offer it at around 14k

Thanks in advance.IMG_1603.jpegDSCF6408.jpegIMG_1591.jpegIMG_1588.jpegIMG_1589.jpegIMG_1590.jpegIMG_1576.jpegIMG_1575.jpegIMG_1573.jpegIMG_1632.jpegIMG_1623.jpegIMG_1886.jpegIMG_1927.jpeg

I don't know what those front seats are out of, they're def not Mini seats, but they look comfy.

Post a pic of the engine bay, if the A/C works still that will help. Very few late model Japanese spec cars in manual with A/C. A lot were 998 with auto's.

Is that a Buick emblem on the front?

Oh, and welcome to the forum!

Thank you. It is a bit of a hodge podge. The A/C works extremely well actually which I was very suprised by. The seats are on modified brackets, definitely Buick badge, the dash is out of an earlier model mini, no sound system but wires are still hanging around. I believe the engine has been moded but I have nothing to compare it to. I'll post a pic of the engine bay asap
