Title: Japanese SSR FL2 wheels
Post by: drmini on October 27, 2024, 06:20:36 PM
Does anyone on here have any of these wheels?  My son is thinking about getting a set of them but I have questions.  They are a three piece rim, so do they require tubes?  If so, where does one get 10" speed rated tubes?  The wheels look great, but if they need tubes, are they practical?

Never heard of them but the 3 piece wheels from Force don't require inner tubes.

+1 on the Force Racing Wheels.

I just ordered 4 rims from Force for AX use, I already have 4 of them on the Mini, they are great looking rims and super light, I want to say 3.5 lbs a rim.

The owner Carl Austin was very responsive and very informative.

There is sealant put on the parts when the wheel is built. A properly built wheel will not leak so no need for a tube.

Yeah those 3 piece from Force have a brown sealant.
