Yes, there is a fine line, and I may have crossed it.
Somewhere between where it is now and 3 feet tall is not acceptable. Over 3 feet is fair game and of course, you can forgo a lawn and grow weeds with giant dirt patches, while attempting to hid it with cars and furniture all over the lawn then you are good to go as well.
