How to adjust hi-los?

Can't seem to find any instructions on how to adjust the hi-los that still have pictures. Can anyone give me instructions with pictures?

EDIT: Specifically the rear.

Loosen the nut, adjust up or down, tighten locknut?  ;D

The more threads showing the higher it will be.  The fronts you can do with the wheels on, the rears need the wheels off.

Not to throw this thread off but Thanks for the picture MiniDave. Know I know how I'm mounting my fuel pump and how to adjust my hi-lo's!

Awesome, thanks guys. Got the right hand side up pretty easy, but the left side was fairly seized, but I did what I needed to do.

Front ratio is 3-1 so increase or decrease length of trumpet by 1/8", change in height is 3/8"; 1/4" is 3/4" etc.

Rear ratio is 5-1, so increase or decrease length of trumpet by 1/8", change in height is 5/8"; 1/4" is 1 1/4" etc.
