I saw this car on TV the other day, but I am puzzled as to what it is.   The context was a news show discussing the effects of COVID-19 canceling things, and this was video from the 2019 Las Vegas Concours d'Elegance car show.

It kinda looks like a Lancia Fulva, but it's different.

And ideas?

For comparison, a Lancia Fulvia.

I found this better picture of it from that show.  I don't know what it is, but the name on the bonnet has 4 letters and appears to end in an 'A'.

I think it says Ghia, which would square both with the design and Italian looks.....so, a custom bodied something made by Ghia?

There are a few references on the web as a one-off prototype, although it seems to be incorrectly identified as a 1500 Coupe in some places.

Wow!  I'm impressed.  You guys dig in.  Well done RR!

I don't think would be a stretch to say this design helped influence the later Fulvia.

Haha.  You found the needle in the haystack!

I didn't want to show off about that article proving my belief about the OSCA influencing the design of the Lancia Fulvia.
