Yes it is a bit scary.
I should be able to show some progress as soon as my M-Machine panels arrive.
Just waiting for the half floors. Money has been tight but it is mostly labor at this point.

I acquired the mini in the mid 80's and with out any history for $600.
I really didn't know that was a 1964 Morris 1071 cooper S never re-shelled.
Lucky enough it is a small simply car but it is complicated restoration.

I sourced a perfect set of S gears from another box but still needed to buy these bits.

I'm still in the planning stage. I'm trying to get my ducks in a row at the moment. Everytime I think I'm ready my son pulls another project out of some corner 11.gif.
Current project is a 1975 BMW 2002 I had stashed years ago. Here is a picture of the engine to be installed. If all goes well I'll be able to post some progress pics of the 1071 soon.
