Those look like "rim flow" valves, spendy....

Spendy and hard to find. Plenty of 1 collet grove versions available. I needed a 3 grove version and those were very hard to source.

I've never seen one blow like that where there wasn't a contributing factor, and not just 10:1 compression. Usually like you said, a head that isn't flat or a block that isn't - although it's usually the head. You didn't see any gaps when you put a straight edge on it?

Looks like you're running 1:15 roller rockers, make damn sure you're not getting coil bind at full lift with those - that can cause all sorts of issues.....I would want to know why the valve bent - was there any indication that it hit the piston?

Head and block are flat, ARP studs were torqued correctly. Had <20k on the odo. The valve hit the piston when I was adjusting the valves and rocking the car back and forth.
