Seam cover things?

How do you remove those cover things they put over the body seams. I have 2 out of the 4 left on the car ans I figuer before getting the thing blasted I better take those covers off.  Ill buy new ones because these will most likely get trashed taking them off.

Mine pressed on with little clips that vite into the metal. I got mine off with a body clip tool (small plastic pry bar) and a towel on the paint. You could just use a screw driver and a towel, or just a screw driver if you don't care about your paint.

Start at one end and peel it off from there.

yeah they just pop off with a screwdriver.
