Wanted - 10" Tires/Tyres

My friend Clancy who's mostly computer illiterate has bought another Moke, and it needs the round black things.

Anyone have a set just lying about gathering dust?

We're in Kansas City but it's possible to do a pick up.....unlikely, but possible!

I have a spare set of 4 4.5"x10" Minilite style rims with Nankang 145/80/10 tires mounted.  The tires are brand new.  The wheels are about 5 years old.

I would consider $500 (plus shipping) for the set.

Wonder what the import/tariff/shipping is these days on a set of tires. I got a set of 5 a year or so ago, before all that stuff so it may have been a little longer. I mounted 1 of them on one of the mini lite wheels I have, put it on the car and decided I didnt like the mini lite wheels. The other 4 tires are sitting there waiting for me to do something with them. The 5th is still mounted on the mini lite wheels.

Clancy is a good dude and I suppose I ought to do something with the tires before they get any older, but I also hate to think what it will cost to replace them lol.

I don't suppose he would also be interested in a set of 5 mini lite wheels? That might help motivate me to move the tires on 

Speaking of Clancy, I may have something he was interested in down there that day at Harry's. Seems like there was a weber carb or something he was trying to strike a deal on? Not sure what he planned to do with it, move it along to one of his race buddies or something I suppose?

Dan I think he was hoping to buy another set of the Nankangs like I got him for his other Moke, about $65/tire - but we all know those days are gone. Again, I'll pass it along...

Michael, Clancy is asking for pics of the wheels, also do you have the appropriate lug nuts? Center caps? How old are the tars?

I will take fresh pictures tomorrow.  I have the appropriate lug nuts and center caps that would be included.  The tires are brand new - ordered and received the end of May 2026 - and have zero miles.

Mine are the Yoko A008 on 4.5x10 mini lites.

It is a 45 DCOE. I think he was interested in it that day we were there but can't remember.

Long story but about a month after that day we all went over I got a call from him. He said I could take any/all the mini stuff I wanted but it had to he gone that week. My son and I went down with my 16ft dunp trailer and pretty much filled it with pallets of stuff. A lot of it ended up going to the scraper and/or the dumpster once I sorted through it but I did end up with some good stuff. Enough to make it worth the trip and time spent at least.

Wow, I did not know Harry had called you.....I know that when he moved to his new place a lot of stuff just sat outside in the weather.

I'll mention the carby, I know that he and his buddies are slowly getting out of the parts biz - the guy that used to haul a butt load of carbs to the races has sold off/scrapped all of his stuff, and Clancy no longer hauls a trailer full of race car bits to the track either.

Yeah most of the pallets of the mini stuff were still in the basement. There were some things outside like subframes and such but I'd guess 90% was still inside. He had an auction but as you would imagine there wasn't much demand for classic mini stuff lol. If I didnt want to come get any of it it was just going to get bulldozed up with the house. Like I said there were some useful things, I got a 3 syncro trans case with a complete set of straight cut gears in it, the carb and lots of other misc stuff I kept.

The wife and I were in the area last week and drove by his old place just to see, there is now a mini mansion being built there.
