13x6 wheels with tires

These all look to be new.  Tires on the rear wheels have about 100% tread life at 6.3mm depth, one plug due to a nail.  Front set are at 4.5mm tread depth. Bridgestone potenza 175/50r13.   I'm thinking $500 for the 4 and you pay shipping.

I was out there this week looking at these and did a look at the tire date code. They're very old tires!  I'm thinking it would make more sense for me to remove the tires and sell them as rims only.  Let's call it $250 for the rims and you pay shipping.  Please help me clear up space at the shop!

Are these wheels still available?

If so, and if they were on a Mini, were there any clearance issues?

A friend is considering purchasing a Mini on which he intends to install Sportspack arches, and he's looking for this style wheel.

These are still available.  No clearance issues that I could see with the sportpack arches. Provided the car isn't lowered radically there shouldn't be an issue.  The tires are rather old however after looking at the date code on them.  I could have them removed and change the price if he wanted new rubber.  Or run them as is but just know they're older tires.  Looks like I posted 250 without the tires already.

He says he needs to buy the Mini first before buying a set of wheels for it. It's scary to think that he's using such logic in his old age. I need younger friends.
