Title: Paint for steel wheels
Post by: tsumini on July 12, 2014, 10:24:23 AM
Dan, Do you have paint for steel wheels. See my post #12 on my project. I seem to recall it may be English white.
Also what do you recommend for steering wheel paint? I patched the original wheel and was thinking maybe an epoxy rather than rattle can enamel.
Thanks
Allen

Well, I've never painted wheels or steering wheels.  Epoxy is always better than rattle can.  I need to look at your post, but I assume it was painted something before?

Ok I'll wing it. Steering wheel is repaired original where sanding has removed the some original paint remains as seen in the shiny splotches. I'll jsut find some gloss epoxy and try.
