Title: Wanted steering cowl '75 MK3 with ignition lock
Post by: Kiwimini on September 13, 2011, 09:24:05 PM
Hi I am looking for the elusive steering column cowl for a 1975 MK3.  It has a single port for the signal stalk on the right, and a spot for the wheel lock ignition switch.   The cowl has a top and bottom not two sides.  Mine is black and badly broken, so at this point I would be happy to get any colour.  Yes I spelled that right. I am in New Zealand, where there are heaps of Minis but no steering cowl for my little "project".

Does your ignition switch sit at an angle or straight out? Here is one for a straight out switch on ebay.uk. Kinda pricey though.
