Let's see: custom rear tail lights, bizarre paint job, custom roll-up windows with wing windows, side-marker repeater light high on the b-pillar, bumper overriders and side bars, mismatched tires, aftermarket rims, and it looks like no left side outside mirror and apparently LHD.

Those look like the doors on my Australian MK1.  External hinges, roll up windows, wing vents.  Also looks like there is a custom piece of trim around the "beltline" of the body.  Below the windows but above the door handle.
